Your Perfect Event Space Awaits
Our second level, 1,000 sq. ft. Par-Tee room is a beautiful spot for birthdays, graduations, baby or bridal showers, fundraisers, or holiday parties. We offer standard 8 ft long white folding tables with gray/neutral folding chairs for guest seating and around perimeter for food/gifts/etc. Room seats up to 70 guests. Bathroom on same level plus kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, and coffee pot. Outside food, drinks, caterers, DJs, and decorations are all welcome. Staff is available on site or nearby for any assistance.

Do you have an elevator?
The Par-Tee Room is on the second floor of the building and unfortunately, there is not an elevator.
How early in advance can we get into the Par-Tee Room to set up?
The room is available two hours before your start time. If you need additional prep/open time, it would be $25/hr.
Is a deposit required to hold the date?
A $25 deposit in advance is required to hold the date and the balance is not due until the day of the event. You can pay this deposit via Venmo, CashApp, or charge by phone.
